With the continuous improvement of scientific and technological level, the coating machine is improving its processing technology and efficiency. Now it is developing rapidly in the market, driving the development of some industries, especially in the electronic coating, or gluing, or in carton packaging, it will use more of these coating machines, constantly introduce new technologies, and make environmental processing more awesome!
The function of the coating scraper of the coating machine is to measure and control the desired coating amount on the surface of the paper, remove excessive coating, and improve and enhance the smoothness and glossiness of the coated paper surface.
To achieve the above objectives,
1. It is a requirement for the quality of the coating machine scraper. The working surface of the coating scraper must be free of crack defects, and it is necessary to ensure that the entire coating surface has uniform and the same anti friction performance (wear resistance) on the horizontal plane, in order to maintain the same quality of the coated paper surface after the coating process.
2. The importance of feeding space: After the coating is applied by the scraper, 85-95% of the coating will flow back to the coating storage system, so there is a requirement for sufficient space in this area to complete feeding and reflux.
3. How to avoid the occurrence of back flow: After the paper is coated with a scraper, the coating begins to dehydrate and gradually solidify, forming a "semi dehydrated coating area" where the coating gradually dehydrates along the direction of the original paper. When the coating is further dehydrated to form a "pre coating" or "filtered bread", the blade pressure of the scraper will "transfer" the shape of the coating blade surface to the surface of the paper coating. During this process, the scraper exerts the greatest pressure on the coating, making it easy to form a thin coating behind the blade tip. Excessive pressure or poor rheological properties of the coating can cause back flow in this area. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the knife pressure reasonably according to the on-site situation to avoid backflow. The coating process of a coating machine is a seemingly simple but actually tedious process that requires careful attention to each step in order to achieve perfect control.
