The working principle of micro concave coating is based on the precise transfer of coating liquid by micro concave rollers. The specific process is as follows:
1. Coating liquid suction: The surface of the micro gravure roller has precision machined mesh holes. When the roller is partially immersed in the coating liquid tank and rotates, the mesh holes will suck up a certain amount of coating liquid.
2. Excess coating liquid removal: After the micro gravure roller carries the coating liquid out of the liquid surface, excess coating liquid on the roller surface is removed by a scraper or scraper device, so that the coating liquid is only retained in the mesh cavity.
3. Liquid transfer: The micro gravure roller continues to rotate and comes into contact with the substrate. Under the action of pressure and friction, the coating liquid in the mesh is uniformly transferred to the surface of the substrate, forming a thin and uniform coating.
4. Coating forming: As the substrate continues to move, the coating liquid gradually spreads on the surface of the substrate and forms a continuous coating. Afterwards, the coating is subjected to subsequent treatments such as drying and curing to achieve the required performance and quality requirements.
